  1. Hi, just wondering if the mindfulness group is still running at the Currumbin Eco village. I would like to attend if it does. I have an irregular heart beat; too fast with palpitations as a result of CPTSD, I have read that the practice of mindfulness can reset the heart beat and I am eager to explore this.
