Eat chocolate to improve memory and prevent dementia!


A study published in Science Daily talks about improving memory and reducing the risk of dementia and Alzeimer’s disease by eating foods that contain cocoa flavonols. Other foods to eat to improve cognitive function include red wine, tea, grapes and apples which all contain flavonols.
